I acquired some New Mexico dried chile pods. I know it is nothing for the homies, but is a bit of a chore over here.
Made a pot of red chili and some homemade chile rellenos. Muy autentico! Plus, as a bonus, I had Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Nice weekend indeed from an epicurean standpoint.
