Whisky Tango Foxtrot!

I was looking at some recipe sites and found this one for 'Texas Chili'

Texas Chili Recipe - Serves 4

2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
1 large finely chopped onion
500g (1 lb) minced beef
2 x 420g (14 oz) cans red kidney beans, drained
1 x 420g (14 oz) can chopped tomatoes
3 teaspoons (15ml) chilli powder
1 teaspoon (5ml) coriander powder
1 teaspoon (5ml) balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup (50g or 2 oz) grated cheddar cheese
Heat the oil in a large pot over a medium heat
Brown the onion and minced beef
Add the kidney beans, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander and balsamic vineger
Reduce the heat to simmer just as the mixture reaches simmer point
Simmer for 25 minutes
Serve on tortilla chips or rice - sprinkle the grated cheese on top
