I am dee-pressed

Last week I saw that there was a new mercury and laser clock for one second in 14 billion year accuracy. I was happy.
Now I see where the Earth will be swallowed by the Sun in 7.5 billion years. Maybe the marketers can sell it as a lifetime clock?
